Did you know your Non-Negotiables are the Key to Protecting Your Energy & Priorities?
During my eight-week sabbatical from the NHS as a GP, I have consciously decided to prioritise my wellness journey, health, and creativity. Taking this time away allowed me to reflect on what truly matters and how essential it is to set clear non-negotiables. One of the things I created during this time of rest is an infographic on non-negotiables (see below), designed to help others define their boundaries, values, and priorities.
